Biography

Biography

From a very young age, I go on stage, dance, sing, present, recite… I studied the performing arts for nearly 11 years: singing, diction, music theory, classical and contemporary ballet, mime, theater, music.

I also draw from a young age. I follow workshops in drawing, watercolour, acrylic, monotypes, pottery, courses in facial sculpting in clay, in photography, jewelry creation and, in applied arts: interior decoration.

But, I specialize mainly in letters and communication. I complete a BAC at UQAM and study radio animation. I work in advertising, journalism, radio and TV hosting, voice recordings, event organization and I teach. After having completed studies in management, marketing, advertising… at the college level.

EXHIBITIONS

I have been exhibiting for almost 25 years.

First scrolls of poetic texts, taken from my books.

Then, I return to illustrations in ink or watercolor accompanying my texts.

I'm starting to paint in acrylics again and I often incorporate texts into my paintings, sometimes even jewelry. My monotypes also include texts.

I have enjoyed assembling and creating jewelry for nearly 30 years.

I exhibited at ARTO, artistic cooperative of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, at the Galerie Le Châtelet and the Galerie aux 4 Vents, in Saint-Jean-sur-Richlieu, La Galerie Berick, in Bromont and the lmagiers, in Sutton, participated in numerous collectives.

PUBLICATIONS

My texts have been published since 1968, in different media and I have been reciting them or singing them on stage ever since. I publish my first collection of texts of poems, songs and positive thoughts in 1999, Dream, followed by Passion, in 2000, need to love, in 2003(2005), appeared shortly after the release of his CD, accompanied on the piano with musical arrangements. Then, I make an art and literature collection, Origin, publish The legend of Kitché Manitou and records Metis, a reproduction of my show in tales and legends about the First Nations, accompanied by the music and voice of Len, in texts and song. I participate in several collectives, arts and letters, with my texts.
